There is a glitch you can do to collect all of these items. Below I will post a video. At 1:43 second you will see the MINAC come into the screen and hit a bus. The bus will roll over and be against a rock.

When the cinematic ends you get to fight the MINAC. Find this bus on the map. Go behind the bus and find the rock the bus is resting on. Go to where the bus and rock meets and crouch in that nook as tight against these as you can.

What this does is when all the suicidal claptraps come out they cannot find you there... they will just blow up. The MINAC will run over other claptraps as well. Sit down your controller and leave your system on while you sleep and the game running in this position. When you wake up defeat the MINAC and the screen will be full of all collectibles. Rinse and repeat until you get all the items you need!
