Zipper have released yet another patch to further support their 256 player online FPS title MAG. The last last patch for the game, patch 2.0, basically revamped the entire game and received great feedback from players. Now patch 2.11 is live and once again Zipper have continued to make some great improvements to the game. Full patch story and details are thanks to the MAG Blog.

Feiern wir also das “massive Action Spiel” mit einer Aktion, die sich gewaschen hat! Anlässlich des ersten Geburtstag findet ab Mittwoch, 26. Januar um 21 Uhr bis am Montag, 31. Es mag abgedroschen klingen, aber: Wow! Wie die Zeit vergeht. Es ist kaum zu glauben, aber tatsächlich ist schon ein Jahr vergangen seit unser massiver, 256-Personen, PlayStation 3-exklusiver Shooter MAG überall auf dem Globus veröffentlicht wurde. Um den ersten Geburtstag zu feiern, wurden als Dank an für die Fans eine Reihe unterschiedlicher Aktionen im Laufe der Woche geplant.

It’s hard to believe that it has already been a full year since our massive 256-person PlayStation 3 exclusive shooter, MAG, was released all over the globe. To celebrate our one-year birthday, we’re unveiling a handful of promotions as a thank you to our fans throughout the week.

Knapp ein Jahr ist nun der MMO-Shooter MAG erhältlich. Ein Jahr massiver Action mit bis zu 256 aktiven Kämpfern auf dem Schlachtfeld. So ein Spiel bleibt auch nur spannend, wenn es weiterhin von den Entwicklern umsorgt wird und nachdem nun SOCOM4 vor der Tür steht, kann man schon verstehen, dass der ein oder andere Soldat Angst um sein Spielchen hat. Doch Zipper verkündet, dass man mit MAG noch lange nicht fertig ist:

Ab morgen gibt es im US PSN Store das MMOActionspiel MAG als Downloadtitel im PSN Store. 29,99 USD werden euch hierfür vom Konto abgebucht und 4,7 GB an Daten wandern auf eure Festplatte.

256 player FPS title MAG has received another patch from creators Zipper Interactive. Highlights for Patch 2.10 include the ability to multi queue several game types when selecting which mode you wish to play. Another notable feature is the added ability to take in game screen shots, which was a very sought after addition from the community. Full patch notes below.

Wie Zipper Interactive mitteilt, soll in der kommende Woche ein n euer Patch für den MMP-Shooter MAG erscheinen. Dieser soll einige technische Verbesserungen, als auch eine neue Warteschleifenfunktion mit sich bringen…(leider ohne Fahrstuhlmusik).
